These terms apply to johannova.com, run by Johan Nova Designs in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. By using the site or sending us a request you accept them.

What this site is

The site presents our seasonal design and installation service for homes and buildings. Nothing on it is a quote or an offer: the design and the price for your house come in a written proposal, and each project is governed by that proposal and the agreement you sign with us.

Sending a request

When you send a request you confirm that the information is yours and accurate, and that you are an adult. We reply personally and as soon as we can, but a request does not reserve dates; dates are reserved when a project is confirmed as described in the proposal.

Content and photographs

The texts, designs and photographs on this site belong to Johan Nova Designs or are used with permission. Project photographs are our own work and are shown without client names. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Third-party services

Links to Instagram or other services take you to sites with their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Availability and accuracy

We keep the site up to date, including season dates, but we cannot promise it is error-free or available at all times.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Johan Nova Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Changes

If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
